A1: there is no MOQ for all our standard products.

Q2:Can your product pass EN71,ROHS?

A2:Yes,pls contact us for more information.

Q3:How quick custom sample quickly?

A3:It take 3--5 days after artwork approval.

Q4:How fast can I get price.?

A4:It take 30minutes for quotation sheet for you during working,in other time, it would be asap within 3 hour.

Q5:How can I get tracking number of my order from you?

A5: Our sales will inlform your once your goods is shipped and send tracking number.

Q6:Are you factory or trading company?

A6:Perfect Gift Limited have 1 trading and 1 metal factory and 1 lanyard factory. All of our price is factory price.

Q7:Is it possible to have 2 plating on the same item (Gold Nickel plating is all right?)?

A7:Yes, "double plating" can be done, if you plan to make an order with such process.

Q8:Do you have a catalogue?
A8:Yes we do have a catalog. Don’t hesitate to contact us to ask us to send you one. But remember that Artigifts is specialized in providing customized products. Another option is to visit us during one of our exhibition Shows.

Q9: If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
A9:No, we will help you to save the mold for 3 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design.

Q10: Express shipping is too high, any other options?
A10:Yes, of course, the shipping fee is not charged by us, but we could help you to choose the most economic to you.

Q11:What's your quality control percentage?
A11:As the quality, please be assured, we will have the strict QC before the shipment many times, and also our sales will go to the package room to check the quality again by ourself. if have found the bad products,we will send them to factory again and make it again.then ship the best to you.
